By enrolling in and using the Program (the “Program”) of TransactionTree, Inc. (the “Company”), you hereby agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions listed herein, as well as all of the terms and conditions of the Company’s Privacy Policy, as each of the foregoing may change from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion with or without notice to you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use and disclose information about customers.

Subject to the terms of use contained herein and the Company’s Privacy Policy, by enrolling in the Program, members will have the opportunity to earn rewards on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) made at the Company’s websites and store locations. No purchase is required to sign up for the Program, and you may do so online or in-person at any of our store locations. “Qualifying Purchases” means any purchase of any product in Company stores and websites, but does not include the purchase of any PING products, which are expressly excluded from the Program.

ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.

You must be sixteen (16) years of age or older, a resident of the United States (“US”), and have a US phone number to be eligible to sign up for the Program. Membership in the Program is limited to one account per individual. By enrolling in the Program, you hereby certify that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age or older and that you are a US resident.
